We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling that has legal or similarly significant effects on you.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only where needed, and only with:
- members of our team who need it to deliver your project;
- service providers that act on our instructions, such as our website hosting, email and IT providers;
- Google, for Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Maps, only after you accept the relevant cookies;
- professional advisers such as accountants, and authorities such as HMRC where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
Some of our providers, including Google and our hosting provider, may process data outside the UK, for example in the United States. When this happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations (such as the UK–US data bridge for certified US organisations) or on the ICO’s International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, so your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.
6. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: up to 24 months after our last contact.
- Project material you send us: up to 6 months after the project ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or keep it longer.
- Client and invoice records: 6 years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as UK tax law requires.
- Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics.
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to run the website. Analytics cookies and embedded maps are only loaded after you accept them in our cookie banner. Our Cookie Policy lists each cookie and what it does. You can change your choice at any time:
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

- ask us to correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your data;
- ask us to restrict how we use your data;
- object to our use of your data where we rely on legitimate interests;
- receive your data in a portable format;
